8-Week onboarding

Your Inner Circle journey starts with a Welcome to the Family Call to give you a virtual tour of your Inner Circle Membership. From there, we provide a clear plan for your first 8 weeks so you can best leverage the Inner Circle's resources and begin to implement what you learn quickly, without feeling overwhelmed.

1:1 Annual Game Plan

After your Welcome to the Family Call, you will start your journey inside of our 8-week On-Ramp program. Each week will get you focused on the most important systems inside of the Inner Circle for getting results right away. At the end of your 8 weeks inside On-Ramp, we will schedule a 1:1 Annual Game Plan with your Studio Growth Coach. The goal of this 45-minute call is to map out your next 90 days with us and how we are going to achieve 3 big wins during that time. Brainstorming and strategizing your 3 big wins will be the primary focus for this call.

Some common 90-day wins include:

Weekly Office Hours

Our group calls are where the rubber meets the road.

This is sacred time we dedicate to your specific questions and obstacles. Our ‘Office Hour’ sessions are where we tackle immediate issues like:

Your new student enrollment campaign bombs
You lose your best teacher
You have a parent causing havoc in the studio

We also celebrate your wins and highlight your successes to inspire and empower the group.

At least once a week, we host group coaching calls exclusively for Inner Circle members to deliver exclusive training sessions and help you with whatever questions or issues you might need help with that week.

You not only get access to our coaching staff on these calls, you also get to connect with other Inner Circle members who may have faced your exact challenge and have come out the other side a winner.

And, one of the most important aspects of the call is… ACCOUNTABILITY.

The group (including our coaches) will keep you on track to make sure you hit your targets.

30-day Monthly Planning Sessions

Quarterly 90-day Planning Sessions

These happen live and on a quarterly basis. Each member is required to send in their plans so the mentoring team can track your progress during the following months.
