In this breakthrough, we’ll create a studio-wide communication system so your team knows exactly where to put things, how to use your tools, and how to keep everything organized.
Here’s what we’ll do:
- Audit Current Tools — Review how your team currently uses Slack, Asana (or other tools), and identify the gaps and inconsistencies.
- Communication Rules & Standards — Establish clear guidelines for where communication belongs (ex. attachments in Asana, discussions in Slack).
- Tool Optimization — Build out Slack channels, Asana projects, or recommended structures so your team has plug-and-play organization.
- Team Training — Provide a live or recorded training to get everyone aligned on the new system.
- Employee Handbook Blurb — Supply written policies for your handbook so new hires instantly understand how communication flows at your studio.

To protect your timeline (and ours), please keep these deadlines in mind:
- Your Pre-Consultation Call must be booked within 90 days of purchase.
