About the Host

Olivia Mode-Cater is a longtime studio owner advocate, educator, and entrepreneur who understands what it really takes to build a business that lasts—especially after you’ve weathered the hard seasons.

As leader of the Dance Studio Owners Association, the largest global community of dance studio owners, Olivia works alongside thousands of leaders navigating growth, burnout, reinvention, and sustainability. She’s also the Founder and CEO of Dance Ed Tips, a globally trusted education company whose resources are used by teachers and students in more than 60 countries.

But Olivia’s work isn’t just about systems, strategy, or scaling—it’s about bringing clarity, confidence, and joy back into businesses that once felt heavy.

Over the past decade, she has trained and mentored studio owners around the world on leadership, profitability, marketing, and automation. Her insights have been featured across the industry, but her most meaningful work happens in honest conversations with studio owners who are capable, committed… and tired.

Through the Transform My Dance Studio Podcast, Olivia creates space for real talk, thoughtful leadership, and transformation that doesn’t gloss over reality. This is where strategy meets self-trust, and where studio owners are invited to fall back in love with the business they built.
