Core values aren’t just words on a poster — they’re the DNA of your studio. They shape how your team shows up, how families experience your brand, and how you lead. In this breakthrough, our coach will uncover, refine, and activate the values that define your studio’s culture.

Here’s what we’ll do:

• Audit & Discovery — Review your current core values, or facilitate a guided training with your team if you don’t yet have them.
• One-on-One Conversations — Your coach will meet with select team members, customers, or stakeholders you choose to ensure the values are rooted in lived experience.
• Core Values Report — Receive a consolidated summary of the values your studio has and the values it needs to thrive — presented for your approval.
• Activation Training — Once approved, we’ll deliver a team training on how to bring these values to life across every role.
• Core Value Shoutout System — We’ll design a simple recognition framework so values are reinforced daily, celebrated weekly, and embedded into your culture.

To protect your timeline (and ours), please keep these deadlines in mind:

1. Your Pre-Consultation Call must be booked within 90 days of purchase.
2. Your other subsequent calls must take place within 60 days of your Pre-Consult Call.
