Holding Yourself And Your Team To A Higher Standard
In This Week’s Episode
On this week’s episode of ‘Elevate Your Studio’, we’re delighted to be talking about one of our favorite topics – the power of accountability.
It takes a routine to keep yourself accountable and to surround yourself with accountability and in this conversation your hosts Angela and Jodi share some of the ways that have effectively done this both in their businesses and also in their personal lives.
Jodi and Angela open up about:
- Effective planning and how to set yourself up for success without getting sidetracked
- Holding yourself accountable for the things that really matter (your health, family and well-being) but are often overlooked
- Finding your Wisdom-Circle so you can remain supported and driven in business by like-minded studio owners
- Making sure that the people you surround yourself with inside the business are those who elevate you and each other
- How spirituality can play an important role in holding you accountable in business and beyond
They also share their own experiences and challenges with ‘being present’ with loved ones when the business is at peak periods, and how to combat this by staying accountable.
